How do you pay me?
At WeBuyYourBuggy you choose your preferred payment method and you'll get paid quickly! At the point of setting up your account you choose either:
- Bank Transfer direct into your account. We use faster payments so the money will normally be with you the same day we make payment.
- PayPal. This is practically instantaneous.
- Cheque. We send these out using first class post.
We seek to pay you with 5 working days of checking your items although if we are really busy it might take a day or so longer.
How do you value my buggy?
We value your pushchair based on a few key factors, your buggy’s details and it’s condition. On our Online Valuation Form we ask that you:
- Select your buggy’s details - make, model, colour and year of purchase.
- Plot and select your buggy’s conditions on our condition assessment diagram.
- Fill in some personal details.
- View you FREE online valuation
- If you’re happy with the valuation, simply chose your preferred payment method.
- And finally select a date you’d like to arrange for collection of your pushchair(s).
When will I get paid?
Once your item has been received at our warehouse and passed all the the quality control checks, we seek to pay as soon as possible thereafter. Within 5 days of checking your items we will pay you according to your preferred method either cheque, PayPal or direct transfer to your bank account.

Do you operate on a national scale?
We will have a national capability in due course, however for reasons which are out of our hands at the moment it's with regret that we are only able to operate within the M25 to begin with.
In the coming months we aim to have a national reach and we will be sure to keep you informed of news of this.
I am outside the UK. Will you buy my items?
Unfortunately we are unable to buy pushchairs from anywhere outside the M25 in the UK. This is a temporary 'startup' issue and we should be operating across the whole of the UK in no time, as well as outside the UK in due course. Once we are buying outside the UK the only difference will be that you will likely be responsible for the cost of shipping the pushchairs to us.
I cannot find my buggy on your website
We hold information on a large number of buggy brands. However, if you are unable to find your buggy, click the 'Other' option when selecting the brand or model of pushchair during the Online Valuation process. Please complete and submit the 'Other Buggy' form and we will endeavour to email you your manual valuation within 5 working days.
I received a valuation online a few months ago. Is it still valid?
Prices are subject to change so in order to get the most accurate valuation we advise you go through the Online Valuation process again.
What happens if I don't enter full details of my buggy's condition?
The valuation you receive is based on the details you enter. We encourage you to enter as much information about your buggy and its condition as possible to receive the most accurate valuation.
All orders are subject to our acceptance at our sole discretion. All items are checked by our quality control team at our warehouse. WeBuyYourBuggy will not make a payment for any item not meeting the Online Valuation form submitted by you or not meeting the Condition Guidelines set out on the website and WeBuyYourBuggy decision on this is final. Items that fail the quality process or ones sent that have not been included in the original trade can be returned at the expense of the customer as set out in ‘Return Postage Costs’ below. Any items which the customer does not wish to be returned will be recycled responsibly.
RETURN POSTAGE COSTS: £25 or customer’s own self-sourced courier.
When will my pushchair be collected?
Your item will be collected on the date you selected at the completion stage of your Online Valuation process. You will be contacted to confirm a time on that particular date via email and/or phone, details you will have provided in order to get your quote.
Why do you need my e-mail address and telephone number?
We need your email address and telephone number so we can contact you to communicate with you about courier collections or if we have any other queries. Please note, we fully adhere to the 1998 Data Protection Act and will not divulge any of your personal details to third parties.
